Dear business partners,

we would like to inform you that the following changes take effect from 11 February, 2022
within the BATIST Medical Group:

Change of the registered office of BATIST Medical Holding a.s. to the new address Karolinská 707/7,
180 00 Prague 8

Change of the registered office of BATIST Digital SE to the new address Karolinská 707/7,
180 00 Prague 8,

Change of the name of MERTLIN s.r.o. to BATIST Medical Productions s.r.o.

Other details such as registration number, VAT number, email contacts and bank details remain unchanged. These changes have no effect on the rights and obligations that our company has towards its business partners, nor on their rights and obligations towards our company. All new business correspondence, orders, invoices, entering into new contracts or amendments to existing contracts, as well as any other negotiations between our company and you must be conducted with the new registered office of the Company as of the above date. Therefore, we ask you to register these change in your filing systems.
